Join our fitness professional Kelly Pszenny in one of our Boot Camp classes! Boot Camp is designed for every fitness level and will improve the current level of fitness of everyone who participates. All aspects of fitness (cardio, strength, and flexibility) are covered. The programs are designed to keep you motivated, disciplined and structured so you will not only see great results, but you will also have a great experience!

Tuesday & Thursday - Cardio, Core, Speed & Agility
Monday & Wednesday - Total Body Workout
