Join us in this introductory class with Sensei Smiarowski. These classes are designed for children ages 5-11. Classes are divided into two different age and ability categories, Dragons & Juniors. Children will learn listening skills, sharing, self-control, and build on fundamental motor skills. All children's classes are taught in a relaxed and fun environment. Please wear comfortable clothing, e.g., shorts, sweats, t-shirts, etc. Children will train barefoot.

This football clinic focuses on skills and drills with Varsity High School coaches and players with an emphasis on having fun while learning the game of football! The clinic will provide clear and informative instruction and focus on the fundamentals such as stances, starts and over-all basics of all football positions.

Explore the fascinating world of science in one of the best nature parks in all of New England. Children will explore the world of science, nature and recreation through activities and groups at Endicott Park, known for it’s wildlife and natural beauty. The S.N.A.K.E. program will provide a variety of nature activities, such as learning how to track animals in the wild, identifying plant and animal life, how to fish (catch and release), and the basics of hiking, outdoor survival, and mountaineering. Children will learn how things in science work. Project Adventure games and team challenges are always at the forefront of the program!

Explore the fascinating world of science and nature in one of the most beautiful parks in New England, Endicott Park! Our veteran staff will provide the Little Lizards program with a variety of nature activities, such as learning about the different habitats of many animals, identifying plant and animal life, basics of hiking and general equipment knowledge. Fun weeks filled with songs, games, crafts and many new friends!

Let's Play Sports is a program designed to play games and introduce children to various sports. The program is separated into two age groups that run simultaneously: Ministars, ages 4-5 and Megastars, ages 6-9. Staff members are ready to lead a program that aims to help children reach their full physical and social potential.

Falcons Summer Fun program is for children who enjoy a wide variety of activities that promote physical fitness and above all FUN! Activities include computers, baseball, basketball, drama, cheerleading, soccer, arts & crafts, science exploration, tennis, floor hockey, flag football, project adventure games, golf and more! For grades 1-8.
Lunch will be included daily for all participants.
Early Drop Off (8:00—9:00 AM) $25/week
Extended Day (3:00—6:00 PM) $75/week

Free for all Danvers children, this program has an “open door” policy which permits children to come and go from the parks as they desire, with the exception of special events. Additional fees are required for special events and trips such as the Danvers Firemen’s Muster, Playground Carnival, Canobie Lake Park, Franklin Park Zoo, and Mini Golf. Each park site is staffed by two Danvers Rec summer counselors who will provide children with games, activities, arts & crafts and a safe, fun summer for all. Participants must be pre-registered for the summer to attend the program. For children in grades 1-8.
