Join us in this introductory class with Sensei Smiarowski. These classes are designed for children ages 5-11. Classes are divided into two different age and ability categories, Dragons & Juniors. Children will learn listening skills, sharing, self-control, and build on fundamental motor skills. All children's classes are taught in a relaxed and fun environment. Please wear comfortable clothing, e.g., shorts, sweats, t-shirts, etc. Children will train barefoot.

This football clinic focuses on skills and drills with Varsity High School coaches and players with an emphasis on having fun while learning the game of football! The clinic will provide clear and informative instruction and focus on the fundamentals such as stances, starts and over-all basics of all football positions.

Explore the fascinating world of science in one of the best nature parks in all of New England. Children will explore the world of science, nature and recreation through activities and groups at Endicott Park, known for it’s wildlife and natural beauty. The S.N.A.K.E. program will provide a variety of nature activities, such as learning how to track animals in the wild, identifying plant and animal life, how to fish (catch and release), and the basics of hiking, outdoor survival, and mountaineering. Children will learn how things in science work. Project Adventure games and team challenges are always at the forefront of the program!
